On 13th August 2015, the Iraqi government [bombed the Fallujah Maternity and Neonatal Hospital](http://www.alaraby.co.uk/english/news/2015/8/13/iraqi-war-planes-bomb-fallujah-maternity-hospital), killing 31 people, including 23 women and children.
